Ⅰ. Due to radar beam pattern characteristics, detection range is greatest along the antenna's boresight (normal) direction. Effective range decreases as targets move off-axis.
Ⅱ. When ceiling-mounted, detection range may be further limited by beam spread and radiation coverage. This should be considered during installation.
