Thank you for selecting our products! To ensure your shopping experience is both seamless and satisfying, we have meticulously crafted a comprehensive Returns and Refunds Policy.

Returns Policy

Understanding that products may occasionally fall short of your expectations, we offer a flexible returns policy:
  ● Return Period:  You have a grace period of 14 days from the receipt of your goods to initiate a return. Within this timeframe, any unused and undamaged standard products, in their original packaging, are eligible for return. Please note, however, that custom-made products are exempt from return.
  ● Return Conditions:  Returned products must be in pristine condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Regrettably, we cannot accept items that show signs of use or damage.
  ● Return Procedure
  Reach out to our customer service team to request a return.
  Obtain authorization for the return.
  Dispatch the product back to us.
  ● Shipping:  Unless the product is deemed defective and falls within the warranty period, return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the original shipping costs of the order.
  ● Restocking Fee:  A nominal restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns.


 

Exchange Policy

Should you wish to exchange a product, kindly contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. The product earmarked for exchange must remain unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made products are ineligible for exchanges.


 

Refunds Policy

Our refunds policy is designed to ensure expedited reimbursement post returns:
  ● Refund Processing Time:  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  ● Refund Amount:  The refunded amount will encompass the purchase price of the product, deducting a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping costs (unless the return is attributed to quality issues).
  ● Refund Confirmation:  Upon the completion of the refund process, a detailed email notification will be dispatched to you, outlining the specifics of your refund.


 

Special Circumstances Handling

In the event of quality concerns or receipt of incorrect items, we pledge to issue a full refund, inclusive of all associated shipping costs. We urge you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to ensure the provision of optimal resolutions.
