Conflict-Free Minerals Policy

Good Display understands the risk if our manufactured products contain conflict minerals defined as gold(Au),tantalum(Ta), tungsten(W),cobalt(Co) and tin(Sn) form the conflict area of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Good Display is taking and will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure “DRC Conflict-Free”for the metals are not delivered from or sourced from mines in conflict area of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC),or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-government military groups, or unlawful military factions.

- Not to purchase conflict minerals from mines in the Conflict Regions

- Purchase the material according to AVL

-Avoid suppliers without formal agreement on our approval supplier list (Forbidden suppliers or manufacturer) 

-Request the suppliers to notify their upstream/downstream suppliers to follow Minerals Conflict-Free requirements 

Continue our leadership and our efforts to source conflict-free minerals from the DRC where possible.
